“The White Ravens 2021”, the International Youth Library’s catalogue of recommendations featuring new international children’s and youth books. This year is the 35th anniversary of the catalogue and it includes articles reflecting on this.

Selected by the editors of the International Youth Library, Munich/Germany, with the support of children’s literature experts from all over the world.

This year’s edition contains 200 titles from 54 countries in 38 languages.

White Ravens is an excellent annual overview of books from around the world selected by the language specialists at the International Youth Library in Munich. The catalogue is now available to download as a pdf here

It is fully annotated.
